the editor contains no game data.
Afterwards you can edit maps, enemy waves, graphics and sound and save the finished ROM or just the changes (project JSON).
RLE is an unofficial fan tool and is not affiliated with Telegames or the rights holders of Raiden. It contains no game data – you need your own ROM.
